Whether you are looking for a basic piece of automation or something a bit more specialist we may be able to help. With in house CAD stations and workshop with CNC capabilities we have full control of the manufacturing process meaning that you can get what you need. We have a few machines that have become standard due to customer demand over the years but much of what we do is built from the ground up to produce an item that does exactly what you want it to.
Standard Machinery
Standalone Acoustic Booths
We can incorporate any ultrasonic column into a fully enclosed acoustic booth with sliding doors (with -or without) light curtains to ensure that your operators are fully protected from the noise that is associated with welding certain components at low frequencies. As well as insulating the booth we can incorporate part detection, multiple anvils on sliding tables and many other additional functions into the system. All our designs are fully customisable and so we can build the machine that you want.
Rotary Table System
We can also incorporate welding equipment into a rotary table system to save you precious cycle time. This can be augmented with additional stations such as presses, pick and place systems, reject chutes and vision checks as well as anything else available on the market. Plastics Welding Equipment
As well as machinery building we can also look at your project and let you know what standard, off the shelf, plastic welding equipment would best suit your job. We have experience with many of the major plastic welding machinery providers and so we can make sure the machinery you buy will do what you want.

Below is a small selection of some of the less standard machinery we have produced. As well as plastics welding we can also produce most general automation in your factory regardless of price point, we can build what you want.
