We can provide tooling to meet your plastic welding needs. From bespoke ultrasonics to spin welding, from hot plates to vibration welding we can produce what you need quickly and at an affordable price. We are one of the few companies in the UK capable of designing and producing plastics welding equipment in house meaning that we can give you a quick turn around at an affordable price.
Ultrasonic Tooling
All of our tooling is made in house meaning we are competitive in price and lead time. From boosters to composite and profiled sonotrodes we can do it. Our in house test system allows tuning of Sonotrodes - or welding horns - from 20kHz through to 70kHz. Just let us know what you need and we'll see what we can do for you. Everything we produce is extensively tested to make sure it works before you recieve it giving you quality you can trust.
Vibration Welder Tooling
We are also experienced in vibration welder tooling production with several machines in house to use for prototyping and testing.
Spin Welder Tooling
We can make tooling to match your spin welder with steel plate inserts if required for a durable tooling that will last.
Hot Plate Tooling
Whether you have a new job that needs to be run through your hot plate system or just need something to replace what you already have we can make it for you and fit it to what you have.
Need a Jig or Fixture?
As well as tooling we can also produce high quality jigs and fixtures for you to use. We can integrate any sensor, clamping or connectors you might need to ensure that the jig we produce will do what you want. All designed in our office we can show you what you'll get before we produce anything to ensure that you will be happy with what we make.
